Default Multi-Class Skills

Each character has access to around 150 skills, 75 from each class. Depending on your primary and secondary class, the skills you have are different. But why not have skills that are specific to a primary-secondary combination, such as skills only usable if you have both a Monk and Warrior class (either combination). This makes some combinations more viable, and gives a plethora of new combinations.

If the skills have two variables, such as duration and damage for an AoE spell, it can be tied to two different attribute lines.

An example would be a Necro/Ranger skill based on Death Magic and Wilderness Survival, which exploits a dead body to make a Choking Gas or Poison cloud or something.
